Real places. Real people. A fairer conversation about Winnipeg Transit.
How we keep it real
A mix of automated checks and community review keeps ideas genuine and useful.
- 1
We check it is a person
Quiet, privacy-friendly checks confirm each idea comes from a real person, not a bot.
- 2
We merge duplicates
Similar ideas are shown first so you can back one instead. Support is counted once and the map stays clear.
- 3
We screen for spam
Links, phone numbers, ads, scribbles and off-topic text are stopped with a friendly reason.
- 4
Many voices count more than one loud voice
Support from many different people across the city carries more weight than repeat taps.
- 5
Residents review reports
After 3 reports from different devices, an idea goes under review.
- 6
Official and community stay apart
The blue network comes from published schedule data. Ideas and problems are their own layer, labelled not official, and you can switch either one off.
What the badges mean
Badges always pair an icon with a word.
Early signal
A new idea with few different people behind it so far.
Growing support
More people are backing it over several days.
Strong support
Broad support over time from several neighbourhoods.
Backed by verified residents
Some backers confirmed an email. We never show it.
Under review
Being checked. This usually takes about a day.
Demo data
An example idea that shows how the map works. Never counted in trusted totals.
Based on how many different people backed this over time. Raw vote counts are public but never official.
Your privacy comes first
No name or password needed. Email verification is optional and keeps only a hash of your address. Hashed network identifiers are deleted after 30 days.
We keep it simple so you can share ideas safely.
