Every report, photo and request you add helps make transit better for everyone. Our partners say thank you with points and small rewards, and on tough days, like a freezing morning or a disrupted trip, they add a little extra.

  2. Step 2: Earn points

    Every useful contribution earns points once it passes a quick check. Photos and on-site reports earn more.

  3. Step 3: Enjoy a partner reward

    Spend points on partner rewards near you, or pick up a special treat on a cold, rainy or disrupted day.

Ways to earn points

Contributions you already make on the map count automatically after you sign in. Sign in once to start collecting.

Report problems

  • Report a problem at a stop+4

Ask for what is missing

  • Request a stop or shelter+5
  • Ask for a new route+6
  • Suggest a change to a route+5

Add evidence

  • Add a photo as evidence+8
  • Back a report or idea from the spot+1

Share what is happening now

  • Report a late or missing bus+3
  • Share a live wait of 10 minutes or more+2

Reports made on the spot earn a small bonus. Points show as pending when you send and are confirmed a day after your report is live. If a person needs to review it first, they wait for that approval. Anything moderators remove loses its points.
